I stayed there once on an award - Flying Pig Marathon weekend last year. Most other downtown hotels were sold out, but I got an award room there (as a Gold) two weeks before the Pig.

I thought it was an excellent property. I had a room on the C-level, and the C-level was actually open on Saturday night / Sunday morning. Very nice! ^ Thought the building itself was quite interesting - I would definitely stay there again if I ever decide to punish myself with that hilly marathon again.
