My wife and daughter are flying leaving tomorrow evening EWR-LHR-LIS. They arrive in T4 and then leave from T1 after a 9 hour wait. Am I right in assuming that they can not use the Concorde Room at T4 because their departure is from T1? What is a comparable lounge in T1? Is it better to use the arrivals lounge in T4 till closing and then move to T1? How does one transfer from T4 to T1 (airside or after clearing immigartion and customs?)
