SQ Flight Numbers

Question purely to satisfy curiosity: What method does SQ use for numbering its mainline flights?

In the US, many airlines use the odd=westbound/southbound, even=eastbound/northbound.

Though my familiarity is limited to North American and some local SE Asian routes, the pattern I've detected for SQ is odd=to SIN, even=from SIN. Is that indeed the method behind the system?

Did someone once post in this forum a list of SQ flight numbers by range? Such as 60's=SIN/BKK, 140's=SIN/DPS, 320's=SIN/LHR and so on?

Finally, does SQ have printed schedules? If so, where can I pick one up at Changi?

Thanks in advance.
