That's great, but it's really just restoring a feature that was available on the Expedia-based eService incarnation that was around at the beginning of 2000. I used that service frequently at the time and wondered why they'd taken it out of subsequent (and supposedly improved) versions. One complaint though...it shows elite seats on NW as occupied while the NW website shows the same seats as available. Nevertheless, it's nice to have that feature back.
