What do you base this on? Not a true statement. Who do you think invented the Internet?

Another incorrect statement. Long distance service in general, (toll free and 1+) cost and decreased dramatically. Additionally, what message does it send to a customer of the company has no toll free, had toll free and disconnected it but their competitors do? Toll free services generally have more network control with time of day routing, skill based routing, busy overflow and etc. Some cost are actually lower with toll free, ex: advertising, directory listings, training and documentaion, cost to move locations and unable to retain the same local number.....

Delta has made great strides and incovations in their website. This is never going to replace live agents 100%. Also keep in mind that routing calls to India can be done via VoIP. Cost of the call routing is the same.
