J LHR-ORD. They will distribute the Bose headsets about 30-45 minutes after takeoff. As such they almost always provide you with the cheap plastic ones (and for use the last 30 minutes of the flight after they collect the Bose). These plastic ones in J are free (am I suggesting you pinch them??)

? ORD-SNA. You do not list your service class here. Assuming inbound international J means upgrade or a J-fare, this normally puts you in First on the domestic leg. The charge for headsets talked about in this thread is ONLY in ecomony on domestic flights. You in domestic First (I'm assuming you would be there) will still get free headsets. If they are not in the seatback.. ASK. ORD-SNA I see is only 757s on nonstops so you will get IFE.

As far as what 'else' is included in the fare .. International has not really changed much. Domestic .. in First has not changed much except the meals have gotten smaller / poorer (matter of personal opinions here) and there tend to be no pillows on planes (not sure on 757 but think no pillows). Oh and yes (read the forum) they have added soy nuts to the warm nut mix but that should be system-wide so you will enjoy these little crunchies on your LHR flight. In ecomony the changes are more noticeable. No food anymore except the buy on board snacky boxes on flights (snack is $3 while lunch on transcon and Hawaii services only is $5). Headsets are $2 and booze is $5.

Remember is ORD as international arriving J you have Admirals Club access on your inbound (also). They have only two showers but they are nice. Definately NOT the Molton Brown Apa LHR T4 Pavillion quality but decent. Speaking LHR.. recall the Admirals Club there will give J access. You list PLT so sorry no Flagship for you!
