As most of us seem to have experienced actually getting the advertised zone to zone miles upgrade or ticket can be difficult if not often impossible. I already had a sinking feeling when my other half mentioned Hawaii from the UK for next February. Not unsurprisingly there is simply no availability. The HDesk was actually helpful and tried all sorts of things. In the end I have booked a MAN to SFO return and upgraded and then a separate NW SFO return to Hawaii in Y. Has anyone had any joy in getting into C/F as PE on this route? Tx
