I called MBNA, who said that for all 3 of my cards, A Worldpoints Mastercard (HGW1), a Quantum Visa, and a new Schwab Visa - none charged the 3 percent. Only what Visa/MC Charged.
MBNA has not sent out notice for any of these cards. Until they do, they are staying in my wallet.
