Probably in less than 2 minutes at the PHT, in my experience.

My wife and I still laugh at the the two times we've had to call for something at the PHT.

The first time, there was an ironing board in the room but no iron. My wife needed an iron to touch up something. I called for an iron. I swear that my hand had not yet left the phone handset in setting it down when the doorbell rung. They were there with the iron.

The second time we had the exact same response time, this time for some wrapping paper and tape for an informal gift. The phone was still warm from my hand when the doorbell rang from someone with our request in hand.
