Hey, wildrice, if you can think of what they MIGHT be, I can check through Galileo Canada to see what they say. I've only checked the Big Three so far.

EDIT: So far, I found 1 ex-AKL on NZ and LY for NZD2999, the VRWHLY which has UNLIMITED FREE STOPOVERS PERMITTED IN AKL/APW/CHC/HKG/
LAX/LHR/NAN/PPT/RAR/SFO/TBU/TLV/WLG with an MPM OF 29000 MILES. AP 14, MAX 1YR. I see nothing in the rules that restricts the sale of this fare to a specific area.
