If you go down the page to the section entitled Banqueting Events, it clearly states
Every eligible U.S. dollar equivalent you spend on banqueting events supplied by Hyatt...meals, coffee breaks, and receptions...earns you points. You can also earn bonus points on personal, non-meeting banqueting events... such as wedding receptions, fundraisers, local business banqueting and holiday parties. And you will earn twice as many bonus points for banqueting events that occur at night.
