We live in Ottawa, and yesterday I purchased 3 tickets to fly from Boston to Aruba on UA (with very good fares with its Latin Beach Sale, as described in this link: http://www.united.com/page/article/0...04_LatinBeach). We will be going to Aruba in mid-August.

We will be driving from Ottawa to Boston, and back. The flight departs for IAD (and onwards to AUA) at 6 AM. It arrives back from AUA (via IAD) at midnight.

I would like to check in to an airport Hotel, take the car to a parking garage, and come back to the hotel by shuttle in the evening of hotel check-in. When we come back, we would want to go by the hotel shuttle to the airport, and onwards to the parking garage, pick up the car, and bring it back to the hotel to pick up my other family members, and the luggage (baggage).

Which airport hotel would be best in terms of value, services (including free parking), complimentary shuttle services etc? Which parking garage is best for long-term parking - in terms of cost (8 nights and 9 days), and accessibility to the airport terminal (with access there from the parking garage by walking)?
