The First Hotel is the closest one to MXP. It is about 1Km away, in a small village area (Case Nuove). They have a shuttle for which you need to pre-register to make sure of a seat. If driving, the trip back to MXP rental car return is quick and painless. About 130Euros as I recall, with a very nice breakfast buffet, but doesn't start until 0600, generally too late for an early flight. Has a reasonably good restaurant for dinner in the lower level.
