On Saturday 10/6 I'm flying IAH-EWR, connecting at EWR to BDA. I'm confirmed in FC/BF on all segments. Although I'm plat I have never flown internationally. Question: At IAH (my home base) do I check in via the international check-in counter,rather than domestic? I know there's a check-in line for Elites/FC pax. Is check-in for international flights similar to domestic, or should I expect (and allow time for) different stuff? My flight departs at 6:10 am, which means usually I'd be there at 5:15 am, but for international we're looking at 4:15 or earlier....and with the current state of affairs I'm wondering if it's worth my time going home from my Friday night arrival back from PHL.
