Likelihood almost nil. In fact, CDG-PEK is often oversold in Business and downgrading is always a possibility (of course, with compensation). That said, your outgoing flight in H is a safer bet than the return in V.
In term of strategies, I don't think there is much you can do especially that your first flight is not from CDG, so you will have your BP before the people at CDG. To have a BP changed and upgraded is always less likely than having one upgraded on the spot upon check-in.
