I havent had time to read all the fine print, looking for some guidance.

After booking a flight using Aeroplan points, what is the policy of cancellation on "refund" if necessary if there is any ??

Is the web the best way to guage seat inventory for redemption, or should I be talking to someone at aeroplan directly.

I am looking to take 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) YYC-LAX return, and funny thing is the direct routings come up as more points required than by going YYC-LAX-YVR-YYC. Not sure why.

Any help greatly appreciated.
