LHR
Lounges covered by PSU lounge team (customer service agents who do checkin as well as cover the lounges)
Special Services Executive (the ones you'll see around the terminal)
Special Services Manager (in charge of the team......office based)
LGW
Lounges covered by Special Services Agents
Special Services Officer (the ones you'll see around the terminal)
Special Services Executive (in charge of the team.....office based, although they venture into the lounges a lot more due to the lounge staff being part of the same department)
