First, thanks everyone, I got the miles from joing Mexicana Frecuenta and as per your advice I transferred them to Hilton via e mail. It worked and I got the 10,000 Hilton Honors points. However, I have now received the global calling card, which if I could read the directions for use would then give me more frecuenta miles to transfer. But I can't understand the spanish instructions. Can someone tell me in English what steps to follow so I can make a call. Does it have to be to a foreign country or can it me anywhere.
