My take on it is that CO is trying to Wine & Dine it's best customers and this translates to middle-upper management targeting the CO*'s for limited promotions like this. Who knows? Didn't Cigarman say something to the effect that each CO* is 'adopted' by a CO manager - if so, I would wager that you were adopted into Mr. Spillman's family that works hard and flies right.
