In the past, YYZ-TLV round trip C fares were about $3000, about the same price as full fare Y. This was a pretty good bargain (relatively speaking). Now, C costs about $4200. Perhaps this may increase the possiblities of upgrade space by discouraging families from purchasing C fares?
