You'll have to better define, "just came back", for a true answer.

However, that said, your online reservation drops off of your account after midnight, on the night of checkin. Then it typically takes at least two days for the folio to show up online on your account page. Points can then take another day or two as an average, before posting.

Of course there are many who are reporting even longer time periods, and I've had them show up faster, but the above seems to be the average for stays in the States.
