Yes, knowing the price PL paid, or the going PL bid price (e.g. from BFT) is a great tool to use in negotiating directly with the property.

PL will always accept a bid greater than or equal to what it paid, so I stand by my statement that paying 20% more than the price PL paid can only be the result of a 25% overbid.
