As an AA plat who's flown to Europe and Asia in other first and business cabins I'm beginning to question my own sanity. Why do I put up with the AA crap? The AA product - the worst business class seat in the skies, bad food (they serve the same bad entrees in first as in business!) , lousy entertainment, no PJs and duvets in first, bad lounges (and they're closing the Flagship lounges, the only decent ones they had), battle axe flight attendants - isn't even in the same league as BA and Virgin. Why would anyone choose AA over BA, Qantas, or Cathay for European or Asia/Pacific travel? The AA product is vastly inferior to the competition
