I flew this route last week and was upgraded on both YYZ-TLV and TLV-YYZ. Outbound Wednesday evening - return the following Wednesday.

I have done this route pretty much at least once a year since AC have started flying it and have been able to updgrade on every occasion. So, while, it's anectodal and based on a limited experience set, your chances may be good.
