Yes, you are right. You cannot group Continental FA's into one category. There just happened to be one bad apple on each flight and I happened to be their target for punishment on each segment. (lol) No, I shan't take it personally.
It's interesting that someone mentioned the Continental employees do not seem as hungry/helpful as they used to be. Yes, they won several awards. In fact, my company gave them one of them! How's that for gratitude?

Well, at least I can say it wasn't an award based on SERVICE.
