It's difficult to group "Continental FA's" and discuss them as if they were one person. Just as you can't do that with those of any religon or ethnicity.

However, I have experienced more than my share of arrogant FA's on CO this year. This has been discussed and debated (and will be done again here I'm sure), and is by no means universal. I was on 6 segments last week. 2 of the 6 had truly outstanding FA's. Not just good workers, but nice people. There are MANY nice people working at CO that I have met over the years.

Sadly though, it is easier than one would like to get an arrogant employee at CO nowadays. If one complains, one can be essentially told "we won so and so award, so it must be you". This is not just FA's but can be any of the people you deal with throughout the company. They are no longer the "hungry" company going from "worst to first", but instead, they consider themselves the frontrunner, and too often take on that stance with customers.

It is sad, but it is true. Keep in mind though that these are just people, some having good days, some having bad days, and some who are simply in the wrong line of of work. All I'm saying is you are just more likely to find arrogance at CO today than say 3 years ago.
