I emailed UA on 7th May and have (compared to some of you guys) been lucky enough to receive two replies within 6 days.

Unfortunately, both (???) were just to inform me that the email was being forwarded to another department for review and handling.

Maybe one day, once every department has received a copy of the email, I shall be lucky enough to receive a real response!
