I never said anything about other types of people not being rude as well. You are abosultely right, jerks, aholes, and crooks come in all packages.

Right while I'm filling out the paperwork, this girl gets on the phone and calls somebody and says "I'm looking for the white boy formally known as so-and-so". ??? What if I did this to a black co-worker? I'd loose my job. Could you imagine.."Hey, is that black boy around, he's got a call". good grief..It would start a riot.
Now I have no desire to worry about that crap but my point is, did I get upset or was I even shocked at hearing this. No. Was she embarrassed for speaking like this? Hell no. Why? Because in the politically correct world, it's OK. But go the other way, whamo.
Look at your reaction on this thread. Oh my, he mentioned her race when describing the people! I truly think it helps describe the conversation, that's all. It's not ignorance, it's not racism. It's just simple observation of the real world, facts. No it doesn't apply to every idividual, but my observations were well enough understood to effectively describe the conversation.
Anyway..the point was about the PC club. I won't address this other issue anymore because it isn't appropriate for this website. Let's just agree that we enjoy travel and miles but disagree on how political correctness should be applied to certain situations....OK? peace?
