I used to work in Premium Service for AA, so maybe I can shed some light on your question. Do you know if you are a designated VIP at AA? Usually, an AA Sales Rep makes several key executives at companies who do alot of business with AA VIP. If you are not a VIP, maybe your inbound on Eagle was close and as an Executive Platinum, they offered you assistance to your connection.

On a side not, yes, Vito is in Premium Service at ORD, and there is a couple of other men who work there as well. They run a class operation and are often running around all day.
