The probability of an exit row passengers' lack of evacuation capabilities causing harm to another person is so incredibly small, I don't worry about it.

The only time I ratted out someone in the exit row (didn't speak English) was because they took my seat without asking. They also smelled very bad.

Otherwise, you could seat a dead body in the exit row and I would not care.
