LH and AC probably board seperate meals for First and Business.

As we know, UA boards the same entrees for each, adding one additional entree for F.

And for UA F, the sides are the same as Business Class, they are just boarded seperately then as part of the entree.

So it is much easier for UA to meet "last minute" F upgrades from C, for whatever the reason.
