I can't now remember what they generally do about allowing J PAX down the stairs after touch down. Presumably F pax off first and then a general melee for those upstairs and downstairs in J ?
I shouldn't worry. I was on BA177 in December which arrived (IIRC) pretty much on time at 16:05. I was on the UD too. With hand luggage only, I don't recall any hold-ups at immigration at all. I was out and in a taxi within about 20 minutes IIRC. No worries. As for disembarking, free for all J on that flight with the crew helpfully blocking off W as I came down the stairs (it was a 38J 744 - which is probably a bit more unusual on this route?)

I'm sure you'll be fine...unless I was just very lucky?
