I think it's odd that At Your Service didn't call you by name. Either the phone agent slipped, or their system isn't up to speed with showing guest names on rooms (although that would be odd by 2005 for so incredibly popular a hotel).

You should summarize those things in a bullet-point list and mail copies to Guest Relations in Omaha and to the hotel's GM.
You know what, I think I will.... like I said any one (or two) of the things in isolation would just bit acceptable, but collectively, a bit much.
