The reality is, many of us will continue to use priceline, just as we have in the past, even though you have elected not to do so. Have you ever used the bidding service they offer for hotels, cars, or airfare? That's their core business, not the offering of $1 hotel rooms in Melbourne that they shouldn't have been offering to begin with. I don't think they're going to suffer any loss of business at all.

I had a 2 night priceline booking this last weekend, and have another 3 bookings in the future. With over 100 nights with them, I'm not about to stop booking based on them not providing you a $1 hotel room.
