My wife just got a bonus offer for 6000 bonus miles. Fly from Sept. 1 to Nov. 15 and get 3000 for 1st 1500 for 2nd and 1500 for 3rd. The notice says to register at continental.com/6000 or call the the Service Center 800-346-6090. I was able to register for it also even though I didn't get a notice.

The Promotion Code is 16000.
