Harsh !!! Their behaviour (and my issue too is with their 'fibbing') shows that they obviously don't care about losing the FTers business... though I have to say I find it interesting that all the anger is aimed at Priceline in particular as I actually made the booking on a different specific site that they own, TravelWeb, and I certainly won't be using that specific site again - a) due to this issue, but b) as I can always get better prices elsewhere. And that is the bottom line.
