Unfortunately there's nothing that AA can do to prevent this from happening. So calling them and thereby essentially wasting their ressources is the worst you can do.
Get a good spam filter and/or ignore these e-mails. Unless you're really interested in the barely legal right-wing Neo-Nazi propaganda...
