I loved this hotel. The front desk people could not have been nicer when I checked in. The pool is wonderful and the spa gives GREAT treatments (although a bit "shaky" on the appointments and customer service by the non-treatment giver staff). The spa was most enjoyable as well. The rooms are nice and the location is fine although, this being LA, you really can't walk places. Enjoy your stay there!
