Many of the rooms have an outside balcony with patio furniture. Unfortunately, they are currently rebuilding the entire office building across the street, so you may not like the view. They have a PH floor (19?) which has some nice suites, I got one last week, but I don't know how often they upgrade (I have few stays at this hotel). By memory, the parking was about $25/night. Say hello to Bill, the doorman dressed in the Beefeeter costume. He has been working there for 37 years.
