Given the posts earlier in this thread, and the fact that I was not targeted, is there any point in trying to chase this?
I'll be particularly annoyed if I don't get status match. I booked flights with BMI for our wedding anniversary on the assumption that I'd be getting lounge access...

They comped me over the phone, al you need to do is fax over a copy of your statement (Or a printout).
You can then log in on the internet and see you are silver, print this out.... I was silver on teh interweb but not on BMI's stoneage computers. They had to go on the internet to see if I was lying
