Thanks for both your resposnses. Due to this being my first 'proper' long haul flight in economy (longest other was 10 hours) - i would not be able to fly for that long without some sort of seat back entertainment Think I will be going with Swiss International to Hong Kong - their economy looks just as nice as Thai - and could work out a bit cheaper for me too. Not too fussed about the stop over in Zurich either way.

Just need to find some HK-BK flights as cheap as possible! Cathay Pacific was about £130 - but i'm on a strict budget! So need to find even cheaper...!
