I think the confusion is regarding the former SAS division called SAS Service Partner, which the SAS group sold off many years ago, IIRC. They used to provide airline catering and also operated restaurants.

In fact, I was indirectly employed by SSP as a bartender for a summer 18 years ago in Kbhvn.

I remember that they had immigrant workers who did not speak Danish sitting in the back of the kitchen who were slicing lemons and piercing them by those "cocktail swords". (This was in huge quantities, not for the restaurant.) Not sure why they did not do this at the airport...... I figured that it was "sort arbejde", which is fine by me.
