I've had an AONE4 booked and ticketed for about 3 months, and two weeks ago I decided to switch from AA LHR-LAX to BA. I called up the AA RTW desk to ask for the change, and the agent said she'd "rather be safe than sorry too", regarding the possible coffin/FS Suite switches happening recently and happily changed my flight. All the other times I have also gotten incredible agents. I wonder what happened?
