On FHR and AXC rates at all MO hotels except in Jakarta one has to pay with the Amex card. Same goes for Peninsula.
90% of the time when I try to switch the card to my Visa at check-out and get the answer "not possible Sir, you are on a rate that requires payment by Amex".
