If only UA RCC clubs had gentle kind hostesses who took good care of you and brought you nice cold drinks with a cold washcloth when you arrived. And kept you refilled without having to be asked...

If only UA RCC clubs had real quality fresh snacks...

If only you could rely on UA RCC clubs clubs to make sure you didn't miss your delayed flight...

If only UA RCC clubs were spacious enough to accomodate their clients comfortably.

Come to think of it, several years ago UA had these kind of clubs. They were called International First Class lounges. The difference is that those were cut back drastically after 9/11 and have never recovered. Another difference is that most airlines have that type of club even for their business and elite passengers.

I know you don't really need that level of service for a typical 1-3 hour flight, but it is nice to have especially when there are significant delays or if you are on a transcon flight.
