Being *G you should be able to access any of the *A lounges regardless of your ticketed cabin. There have been numerous posts about people having issues when traveling in economy class. You will just have to give it a try. I have never traveled to TPE so I can't speak for the lounges there.
THe issues are not when *G traveling in economy class, it is all about if you didn't or forgot to bring your *G card with you. I have seen numerous times in different lounges for *A carriers turn away people because they don't have their *G card with them.
However, it is listed that *G must present their *G card and boarding pass together when traveling international in order to access and *A lounges. Unfortunately, there is no temporary card. The only way to do is try to fly only UA til you get your 1P card.
