well for int'l then UA or AA out of JFK work good as does CO out of EWR...it comes down to which airport is more convenient for you and which FF program your a member of.

The majors have a good NYC presence dmoestically and Jetblue has itself a nice mini-hub that growing out of JFK w/ nonstops. Song flies out of both airports as well. Its your call...
