Thanks, soc. My e-mail is in my Platinum profile so I guess I just haven't been chosen for a survey in the last couple years.
As far as these possibly being directed to a Spam folder, I guess it depends on what e-mail address they are sent from.
My Marriott confirmations arrive just fine but most come from the following e-mail addresses:
MARRIOTT.MO.NET
Marriott.com
residenceinn.com
Renaissancehotels.com
Fairfieldinn.com
Vacationclub.com
I haven't stayed at a Springhill Suites or Townplace Suites for a few years so haven't received any e-mails from those properties.
If the surveys are coming from some other addresses there's a slight possibility they are being directed to a Spam filter at my ISP level.
