I agree with this suggestion, and let me add that you should complain over the broken equipment as well. The current situation seems to be 2 broken bathrooms of the total 3 in the Scandinavian lounge, one broken flight status monitor, one broken printer and no ice in the lounge due to the ice machine being broken. Strangely it seems that all the computers are working though.

I also heard some people complain over not being able to get seat assignments from the staff at the reception desk.
