I stay at various Marriott properties in excess of 75 nights a year. And I USED to receive computer-generated Guest Satisfaction Surveys on a fairly regular basis.
As I think about it, I don't believe I've received a Guest Satisfaction Survey via mail from Marriott in the last 18-24 months.
I realize they probably just survey every "X" number of guests randomly and maybe my number hasn't come up lately.
Has anybody else noticed this and/or have you all been receiving Survey forms on a regular basis??
I used to get them via snail mail only after I stayed at a property for the first time. Now I get them via e mail after I stayed at a property for the first time. I used to get 500 points for completing the surveys and now I get squat. I am Platinum as well.
